<li><strong>KESIMPULAN</strong></li>
<p>Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan survey kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik dan kemahasiswaan serta pelayanan yang diberikan dosen, tenaga kependidikan, pimpinan, sarana dan prasarana secara umum sudah baik.  Meskipun mahasiswa menilai pelyanan sudah diberikan dengan baik, namun tetap diperlukan berbagai perbaikan untuk meningkatan mutu pelayanan yang sesuai denga kebutuhan pelanggan, yaitu mahasiswa.  Dengan demikian prinsip Total Quality Management (TQM) dimana Standar Penjaminan Mutu Internal  menjadi acuan dalam pelaksanaan budaya mutu termasuk dalam pelayanan akademik dan kemahasiswaan.</p>
<li><strong>REKOMENDASI</strong></li>
<p>Berikut adalah rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan akademik dan kemahasiswaan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta berdasarkan hasil survey pada mahasiswa tahun akademik 2014/2015:</p>

<p><strong>PENUTUP</strong>Pelaksanaan kegiatan survey kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik serta pelayanan yang diberikan oleh dosen, tenaga kependidikan, pimpinan, dan sarana prasarana perlu dilakukan secara berkala setiap semester di setiap tahun akademik. Hasil kegiatan survey kepuasan mahasiswa ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan dasar pertimbangan perbaikan mutu pelayanan akademik dan kemahasiswaan oleh pengambil kebijakan sehingga menunjnag pengelolaan universitas secara <em>good governance </em>untuk mencapai visi,misi, dan tujuan dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta.Kejasama dari semua pihak akan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perbaikan mutu pelayanan akademik dan kemahasiswaan.  Selain itu komitmen yang kuat dari pimpinan beserta seluruh civitas akademika Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta untuk mengimplementasikan budaya mutu dengan menerapkan seluruh standar mutu termasuk standar pelayanan, akan mewujudkan akreditas unggu bagi UMJ.<strong> </strong><strong> </strong><br />[/av_textblock][/av_one_full]</p>
